RE: All-West TN Junior, Senior and Jazz Honor Band Auditions
On Saturday, Jan.7, The All-West TN Junior and Senior Honor Band Auditions and Jazz Auditions will be held at University School of Jackson, in Jackson, TN. Students must follow these guidelines to ensure a successful audition experience:
**STUDENTS WHO SIGNED UP ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE AUDITIONS** MUSIC WAS HANDED OUT IN LATE AUGUST. STUDENTS MUST AUDITION AT THEIR ASSIGNED TIME OR YOU MAY BE WORKED INTO THE SCHEDULE EARLY. YOU CANNOT PLAY AFTER YOUR ASSIGNED TIME. THE AUDITION TIMES ARE POSTED BELOW.
1. All auditions will be held at USJ in Jackson.
2. Upon arrival, use the front entrance. Signs will be posted, directing you to warm-up areas.
3. Students should arrive no later than 30 minutes before their audition time. This will ensure proper warm-up time.
4. Students should report to the registration table 10 minutes before their scheduled audition time. Students with an audition time of 4pm or later are required to be on site by 3:30pm.
5. Concession stands will be open all day.
6. Percussionists will need to bring sticks and mallets. All other equipment will be provided.
7. If you need me for an emerengcy, I will be working in the computer tally room all day.
8. Results will be posted on www.boltonband.org LATE Saturday Night or early Sunday Morning.
9. Score sheets will be handed out Monday Morning. Practice hard , and have a great time at the auditions.

1. I-40E to Exit 80B (Hwy 45 bypass N)
2. Take Hwy 45 byp N to Oil Well Rd.
3. Turn Left on Oil Well Rd.

5. Turn Left on McClellan Rd.
